Case Study

Fruit Processing Line + Control Room

Overview: Design, manufacture and install all electrical power distribution to new production line and control room from start to finish. Technicians would collaborate with partnering companies during the redesign and troubleshooting phases to ensure project success.

Challenges: COVID-19 safety protocols forced us to increase employee PPE and work physically distanced. Everything had to be designed and built, in consideration of the existing plant equipment.

Results: The new line has increased the plant’s production speed from 800 cartons per hour to over 1500 cartons per hour. The project was completed on-time and on-budget.
